"This is quite the little gem on the Orange/Seminole border of Apopka. This Cuban bakery has a nice blend of traditional recipes as well as some fusion options. The Breakfast Croissant was stacked with eggs, cheese, and an assortment of breakfast meat on a buttery croissant. The veggie breakfast featured scrambled eggs mixed with a perfectly sauteed medley of peppers and onions and served with toasted pan Cubano. Ordering a Cuban coffee was a must and we couldn't help but indulge a little and ordered a quesito as a sweet treat. Great staff, nice ambiance, a tasty food. This place is a winner!"
