"If you're in the Apopka area and looking for a quick bite and good coffee you have to try the propagate social house! I dropped by here after visiting a state park in the area because it was dog friendly. The Bourbon latte was amazing and the bacon, egg and cheese was perfect. It's all fairly customizable as well with non dairy options. They have a really cute patio area to eat with your dog which was great because I always feel bad when I being my dog inside places. The pup cups are adorable and it came out a slice of bacon ! - which got no complaints for the pup at all! The staff was cheerful and friendly even showing me a few things around the area to do for fun. The only "critique" I would give this place is that it hard to identify off of the street so more signage would be amazing, but overall I would recommend going out of your way to try Propagate Social House! 🙂"

"I haven't tried their food but I didn't like thei drinks! Went here after a Pilates session but unfortunately, the drinks are not that great. I would love to see improvements in case we come back."

"Cute little location. Staff doesn’t clean the tables and if you want to eat, you have to get there 1 hour before they close because we got there at 3 pm, picked a menu in front of the cashier, when to grab a seat and decide what we wanted and by the time we got to the cashier at 3:25 pm, I was not even greeted with a hello! How can I assist? Nothing. No smile. Just a stare. So I said okay… I’ll have croque monsieur and she said, “I already cleaned the hot foods. So I’m done cooking for today. Lol okay. “ I also paid extra for 16 oz. Friends, here is my 16 oz. At least I can smell the peanut butter."

"Very cute place. We got pistachio iced lattes with oat milk, sausage egg and cheese on a Portuguese roll, and salmon handheld on a bagel. Everything was delicious. The young lady with the green glasses was excellent and it was her recommendation I get the sausage sandwich on the Portuguese roll and I have to say she was right. It does go well together! I noticed vegan options on the menu as well. The whole place has nonpretentious hipster plant mom vibes and honestly it works."

"Propagate is definitely one of the best Cafes that I’ve had in Apopka! I had a hot caramel and vanilla latte and its was incredible! I also had the Lox sandwich and waffles. The lox sandwich was out of this world! All the favors complimented each other beautifully. The waffles were delicious and definitely worth trying. I love the fact that there is an outside deck with a DJ! Here you have the option of either enjoying your food and drink inside or outside with the beautiful scenery and so many plants! Propagate definitely has a kind staff and talented baristas that make your whole experience great! I highly recommend anyone who reads these reviews to not even hesitate to come and check out Propagate!"
