"-1 star because of some people on the staff. I’ve came here 3 times now cause I’m staying nearby. So after different experiences and trying different items on the menu I can say that food and coffee are great. Great quality taste presentation and also a good variety. The place is beautiful, nice music always. The thing is, most of the staff are on their phones or don’t really wanna help (it happened twice with different people that they text first, work later. Me standing there waiting for them to finish texting so they can give me a look to ask what do I wanted… cause also, they almost don’t speak either). They don’t greet you when you approach them. Btw You are not supposed to know how things work there the first time you go but it seems it bothers them to explain where are the pick ups, what to do if your order is not ready etc. They just signal, give you looks and that’s it. I had one exception on the first day that was the lady at the register. She was super sweet and knowledgeable. Overall a good place with bad service. It’s a shame"

"I love Pura Vida! My favorite is the chicken Caesar wrap or the kale salad. The staff is very attentive when taking my order and bringing my food to the table, and everything is very clean and organized. I already can’t wait to come back and try the pancakes"
