"I ordered the pastrami, egg & cheese bagel this morning and it was delicious! The bagels here are crunchy on outside and light and fluffy inside which made it easier to eat the stacked high bagel sandwich than other bagel shops where the bagel is so hard and chewy everything slips out. I am sitting at home now eating a freshly toasted ET bagel from the shop and its one of the best I have ever had. Will be coming back:)"

"Am a regular at Brooklyn water bagel on powerline and palmetto. Staff are unbelievably helpful. Found myself on federal so went to this shop. Ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. Super simple task. No cooking etc etc. after 30 minutes of waiting got the bagels…wrong. Wrong bagels etc. Took them back and asked for new ones. Manager was super helpful to fix however cheeky guy behind the counter who took my order decided that I was rude for emphasizing that after 30 minutes it’s insanely frustrating to have bagels made wrong. Not clients fault you are short staffed… be respectful. It’s free."

"Nov 20...been there in the past and everything was good. Went there today and expected the same...no such luck. The bagels were stale/hard and the service was terrible. How long does it take to walk a blueberry muffin out to the outside tables? The muffin was already made. It took more than 20 minutes and I suspect they never would have brought it out. I finally went back in to retrieve it. I didn't observe my tipping rule. Never prepay a tip until you're served. 20% got me nothing. Management should get rid of the people there today."

"Good bagels for a reasonable price, but cream cheese is expensive & basically doubles your cost. Avoid the sausage, it's rubbery like McDonald's. Staff was nice & helpful. Inside & outside was very clean. Bathrooms were nice & clean. The coffee selection both hot & cold is impressive. They have coffee ICE CUBES!! Good selection of creamers. Coke products for soda & nice slection of teas. Fun music selection."

"I feel the bagels are a little bit smaller at this location. I got the Williamsburg and it was good. It is what I normally get. I asked for toasted. It wasn't lol. The Cubsta was good. I like to do a mixture. They have a new holiday option. This location has a big covered sitting area outside. It is actually nice. The surrounding view is not bad. The shop inside is big. It has a window where you can watch them making the bagels, which is pretty cool. The staff was friendly. The service was fast and I had no problems finding the place. This shop has plenty of parking all around."
