"Super friendly staff with consistently fast service and a quick turnaround. The restaurant is very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff is truly amazing—welcoming and attentive. Parking can sometimes be a challenge, as some spots are hard to find, but it’s definitely worth it. If you visit during non-peak hours, it’s easier to park, and the 20-minute pickup and delivery spaces add convenience. Highly recommended!"

"I was so excited when Foxtail opened since it’s walking distance and I love trying local coffee shops. Unfortunately, it’s been a big disappointment. The coffee is overpriced, the quality isn’t great, and the service—especially at the drive-thru—is downright rude. The pastries are bland and boring I get that coffee can be pricey in this area, but at least make it good or provide decent service. Foxtail fails on all fronts. As a local, I won’t be back. There are much better options around town."

"I visited on Sunday, the 23rd, around 11:50 AM with a group, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. The young woman working was alone and seemed overwhelmed, which I understand, but she was extremely rude to us from the moment we walked in. When she told us it would be a wait, we were perfectly fine with that and stepped aside. I ordered a banana gingerbread latte with oat milk, and my total reflected the up-charge($9.09) but I watched her make it with whole milk instead. When we politely pointed it out, she became defensive and insisted I hadn’t paid for oat milk, even though I had. She also told my friend that she couldn’t add peppermint cold foam to her iced latte for no clear reason. Her attitude toward all of us was unprofessional and honestly shocking. I never write reviews, but this was a really negative experience and not a good reflection of the company."
