"I ordered a latte and a cappuccino, along with a pain au chocolat and a banana bread. The pastries were good, especially the pain au chocolat and the banana bread. The cappuccino was not well executed: the milk was poorly textured and the foam was not correct, which affected the flavor. The latte was very bad, I do not recommend it. I also ordered the croissant without cucumber, but it came with cucumber anyway, which was disappointing. The service was okay but could be more attentive and friendly. I also took home a Kenyan varietal that I haven’t tried yet—hopefully it lives up to expectations, as it looks promising. Overall, a decent experience, but there is room for improvement in execution and service"

"I spend a decent amount of time sourcing good coffee shops, and it’s amazing that there is such a good one right in Boca. Fantastic rotating roasters from domestic producers and abroad make this place a coffee lover’s heaven, but also perfect for those interested in just a well made cup of coffee! And to cap it off, the staff are fantastic- knowledgeable and friendly. Easily top five coffee shop, with their retail selection rivaling that of Dayglow/Prufrock etc"

"I was visiting from out of town and this was one of the coffee shops that was suggested as a MUST to visit. I have to say, I was not disappointed. I have often had the experience where I will arrive at a coffee shop in an hour before close and receive less than stellar treatment. Dan, who I didn’t realize was the owner until I looked them up on Instagram, made it feel like a VIP experience. He asked if it was our first time and when he found out that it was, he ran us through the process. He explained everything they had on espresso that day, all of their pour over options, and even took time before we left to talk about their retail bags. It was a better experience than I would’ve anticipated. The shop is very modern looking and I enjoyed the ambience. He even brought over a shot of espresso they were dialing in for me to try out. As a coffee nerd, this cements it as a place that I need to frequently visit. If you’re a coffee nerd, have the patience to wait for a really good cup, this is definitely the place to visit."
