I really liked the wide variety of options they offer you can choose from suggested dishes on the menu or create your own meal, with different portion sizes, prices, and flavors to fit your preferences. The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional. Even close to closing time, they remained extremely kind, helpful, and dedicated to providing great service, which really made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this place. "Been here several times because my teenage daughter likes the place. Management has no clue how to train their employees. My office ordered lunch from them for a team meeting and they were almost an hour late getting it to the driver and they missed several meals in our order. They are consistently bad. Every time I’ve been there with my daughter the staff walks around aimlessly not knowing what to do. They need a better ownership group. The food is fair at best. So many better bowl places. Skip this one"

"Was super excited to come try Vale after seeing really good reviews everywhere. The ambiance in here is killer, it feels like I’m walking into a different little portal. Steph was super helpful in making sure we understood the menu and were happy with what we were ordering before finalizing the order which I appreciate. I got a regular bowl with lemon pepper salmon and brisket and my girlfriend got the banana split açaí bowl. We both loved our dishes and will definitely be coming back.
