"Their tea isn’t strong and it takes 15-20 minutes to get a drink (I literally just get a large unsweet tea the easiest drink to make) every single time no matter how slow they are. The service is just so bad. Update: 9/27/25 This was my first time stopping after my previous review I didn’t feel like driving all the way to kavasutra, I asked for two large green u sweet teas, I recieved two medium teas and was charged $18 and on the screen it said two large teas and a customizable flavor, I asked the girl why there was a flavor charge on there, didn’t even argue about the size… she said “the screen has been showing the wrong orders but the price is right”. No, the price is not right & the size I ordered isn’t right and I literally hate this kava bar with a burning passion it’s the worst one in south Florida I swear. Posting a pic of my “large” tea that I got charged for, which is almost the size of my pill bottle and proof of the $21 they charged me for two medium teas. Don’t go here."

"The service from all the various Kavatenders is top notch and the teas are delicious. Kava is more of an acquired taste, but ordering it with coffee creamer helps the kava go down. Best of all, most of the regulars here are awesome, chill people who make hanging out a joy."
