"There had been a lot of controversy about the food lately. We find it to be very nicefor the price point and for the location of the venue. Certainly the location is very convenient and for the most part the service is quite good. The restaurant that provides the program also has good food - but I would never eat there. The restaurant is old and tired and needs a major overhaul."

"I trained here as a server for one day. Awful experience. Super dirty! Employees NEVER was their hands. Anything that is toasted such as begals, and toast is touched, and sliced with employees bare unwashed hands. The way the toaster is set up, a lot of them end up on the floor. Then on your plate. There is NO soap next to the sinks even if the employees want to wash their hands. Same thing with the pickles, touched with bare dirty hands, and if it falls on the floor. It still goes on your plate. I had a cold at the time, and asked for gloves or to wash my hands. My trainer Patricia (Patty) told me that we don't do that there. At lunch the coleslaw and pickles could be from the previous table who barley touched it. The coffee tins do not get washed out either they only get rinsed with water. I also saw the cow tongue stay unfrigerated for at least 3 hours. With people reaching over it to get to the microwave. All the products used are the cheapest products you can buy at the grocery store. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to a real restaurant...do it for your health! Also employee wise they did not have me fill out an application. They didn't take my social security number, they just had me leave my phone number on the back of a receipt. They never paid me for my work 10-2 training."

"The service was horrible. We were there 3 hours ordering, waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. We finally got the food and it was ice cold and prepared poorly. I'm so glad the cafe price went up 🤔. It needs to be looked into!!!!! Also, I have a big problem with the $220 not getting posted to my account! SHEILA LANGHOFF"
