"Oscura is a great music venue. Whether it’s for a Sunday brunch singer/songwriter event or just rocking out on the weekend. They have a nice assortment of mixed drinks for the evening shows. For brunch they have a selection of sandwiches and pastries to choose from. Staff is pleasant always a good time."

"Off the beaten path...Yes! In a non-descript building, we decided to give it a try for coffee and breakfast. A great call! The vibe is hip, comfy, and quaint. Add to that a venue for live music, and a full bar behind the coffee counter and you have a place to walk into for your java, after getting your dance on the night before. Give it a try, we're glad we did."

"Over time, Oscura has become a second home for many people in Manatee County! The staff are incredibly kind, the food and drinks are spectacular and the different events that get put on are always a hit. Personally, I've made many friends just by coming to Oscura and interacting at events and I'm always so proud to show off this establishment to other people. I could go on and on about how much I love this place, but I think you should just go for yourself to see! For first timers, I recommend going to the Friendly City Flea which takes place once a month on Sundays at Oscura. Great time to try out the venue while seeing and shopping from amazing local artists. 10/10. Will continue to recommend again and again."

"Fantastic and intimate concert venue. We've seen some great bands here. Or favorite is Lovesong - a Cute Tribute Band. They open with an 80s band that plays all the good songs. We genuinely look forward to when they pass through town. They serve drinks, food, and coffee all night. Sounds is awesome. Highly recommend! It's a lot of fun."
