"I knew it was coming soon. I waited patiently. It's finally here!! They actually picked this part of Gornto Lake in Brandon to open their first location in Tampa Bay. It's right next door to PDQ. So, the hype is real. I really enjoyed the seasonal Iced Pumpkin Butter latte. It's even more special when adding their signature pumpkin cold foam and cinnamon sprinkles. They have all different kinds of milk alternatives, and can sweeten the drink to your liking. The actual coffee tastes better than Scooters, but very similar to Dutch Bros. They have other drinks as well, but I had to try the coffee first. It's a winner! I love the autumn flavors! As others have said, download the app and register for the rewards program. You'll get a 50% discount on your first drink order for your efforts. The service and smiles are genuine. I'm so happy that it's finally open in Brandon! Yay!"

From the moment I pulled up, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. The team was super friendly, energetic, and genuinely helpful. The staff made some great recommendations for both coffee and refreshers, and I ended up trying something new that I loved! "After coming a handful of times, I’m a new regular!!! Such a good coffee (all of which have an espresso base and are so good) with awesome flavors! I’ve tried their refreshers and shakes too, and they’re just as good. The staff is always so friendly, no matter who’s there. They really care about how your day’s going and making sure you get everything you need. Service is quick and quality is consistent! Plus there’s free sticker days… what’s not to love!"
