I saw they sold beverages and decided to give it a try — the menu options looked amazing! I ended up ordering food too, and it was so delicious that I came back again this morning (August 10) for breakfast. The ladies who attended me both days were incredibly kind and welcoming. On both visits, one of them even tried to make a heart in my cappuccino, which was such a sweet touch. The food is fresh and full of flavor, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. However, over the past several visits, I have had multiple negative experiences involving the manager, Garrett, which have caused serious concern. On several occasions, my order was prepared incorrectly. When I called the store to address these issues, Garrett spoke over me, dismissed my concerns, and disregarded what I was explaining. When I requested that the owner contact me regarding my complaint, he abruptly hung up the phone. I called back, provided my name and phone number, but never received a follow-up call from the owner. Despite this, I continued returning to the location, hoping for better service. Unfortunately, the issues continued. One time, my order was made entirely with strawberries instead of the requested ingredients. On another occasion, the bananas were left in large, chunky pieces rather than being properly sliced. Each interaction was met with rudeness, unprofessional behavior, and argumentative responses from Garrett. I am disappointed by the repeated mistakes and the lack of professionalism, especially from a manager. I expect accurate orders, respectful communication, and appropriate customer service.
