"Disappointing experience at the Cape Coral location We have always been satisfied customers of Keke's Breakfast Café, but our New Year's visit to the Cape Coral location was very disappointing. From the start, we noticed poor service. Apparently, they were having internal issues, as all the staff members were in a bad mood and provided service in an unfriendly manner. It took over 20 minutes to serve our order, and when it finally arrived, the pancakes were hard, the famous home fries were burnt, the eggs benedict were overcooked, and the toast was also burnt. We hope measures will be taken to improve customer service. If they don't have enough staff to operate properly on holidays, it would be better to remain closed rather than offer service of this quality. Despite this bad experience, we trust this is an isolated incident and hope they will return to the standards that have always characterized them."

We had coffee as well and every server that walked by was very attentive asking if we needed refill on coffee or anything else. Rich in the kitchen made our eggs and they were absolutely amazing and cooked perfectly. Definitely will continue coming here."
