"The iced vanilla latte was really good — smooth, not overly sweet but i also ask them to make it less sweet. We also tried the biscuits and gravy and they did not disappoint. Super comforting and flavorful. The inside seating area is on the smaller side, but they also have outdoor seating which is a nice option. Ordering to-go is easy too if you’re in a hurry. Definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for good coffee and a cozy vibe!"

"Perks & Brew has a nice outdoor seating area and offers good vegetarian food options. They also have board games, which is a fun touch while waiting for food. The service was a little slow. The food was above average, but the coffee and drinks were below average compared to expectations. Overall, a decent place to hang out, especially for vegetarians and casual meetups."

"Definitely a spot to go and chill. Low key vibe from the people working. The day we went , they were moving at their own pace. We didn't care but if you're looking for a super fast in and out sit down I'm not sure this would be it. Amazing coffee, great food, the gentleman working and the woman were very friendly. We had the French toast toast with strawberries and a side of bacon. Scrambled eggs with a biscuit and sausage gravy."

"This place has a super chill type vibe and is peaceful. Good energy there. Service was excellent, beverages were excellent. I had a cold butterfly pea tea drink that was fantastic and refreshing. And a friend had a cappuccino that she said was really good. I didn't have any food, but the food I saw coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. They also have some baked goods. There were a lot of locals yocals in there so ya know it's a great place! Even though it's 25 mins from me, this will definitely be my go to from now on. Worth the drive. It's a cute little place to hang by yourself or friends or take a date also. It isn't over priced at all, great prices. Very welcoming and comfortable environment for all.
