"The food was predictably good, the drinks were well-balanced and consistent—not over-poured, not under-poured—and the overall ambience was exactly what you’d expect from a solid brunch-style bar and restaurant. What really stood out this visit was the attention to detail from the staff. I had left ranch dressing on the counter with my order, and one of the staff members actually brought it out to my car. That small act of awareness and follow-through probably saved me a long drive home and an unhappy wife. Reliable food, reliable drinks, and staff that pay attention. That combination keeps people coming back."

"First time visiting this place and it won't be the last! Wow, the food was delicious and portions are huge. My husband had the Reuben sandwich, it was to die for and super huge serving. "My fiancé and I decided to try The Brunch Factory on Hancock Bridge Parkway in Cape Coral. We ordered Big Stu’s Breakfast, which included three eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, ham, one piece of toast, and a pancake. The presentation was beautiful and made a great first impression, but the flavor didn’t quite match the look. The toast was soggy, and the pancake lacked much flavor. On the positive side, the potatoes, eggs, and meats were all tasty and well-prepared. Our first soda was flat, though the second was fine, and the coffee was just okay. The restaurant still carries more of a bar look and feel, but we were expecting a warmer, brunch-style atmosphere. Prices were reasonable for the area, and the portions were generous. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite what we expected."

"This place couldn’t get any better if they tried. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is happy and inviting like you just walked into your favorite corner bar where everyone knows your name, and the staff is extremely cheerful and seems to really enjoy serving you. I’ve eaten breakfast a lot……. like…… everyday of my life, and I have to say this is some of the best breakfast fare I have ever had. Biscuits and Gravy are homemade, eggs on the eggs benedict were perfectly poached with a wonderful hollandaise sauce that was tangy and smooth, and all the breakfast meats were hearty and delicious. If you are in the area (or even if you’re not it’s worth the drive) I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish I could give it 10 stars."
