"Very disappointed in the quality, quantity, price and service. From the reviews I’ve read from previous years, not much has changed. If you want good ice cream and coffee locally visit the Bubble Room. If you’re willing to drive to Sanibel, The Shack will not disappoint."

"The ice cream was soooooo good! Butter pecan was perfect. Chocolate raspberry tasted like fresh fruit dipped in chocolate! The mint was great. Such a cute shop, lots of fun gifts, and very whimsical. Customer service was great. Good variety of candy, souvenirs, and treats!"

"Here at Latte Da on a coffee break... Cool little section of Captiva, lots of shops & I heard live music... So, saw this coffee shop & stopped in... Cool little shop, coffee, homemade ice cream and more. So, my phone is down to 22% and asked if I could charge at one of the outside tables... And pleasant as could be I was told sure... Love places like this! PS. Coffee's great!"

"Great lil shop. The people that run it are eastern European i believe. Really good coffee!!!! They have a small assortment of ice cream and gifts. Next door is a few restaurants. We tried RC Otters and was pleased w the food"

"Walked here at 10 am looking forward to the coffee, but was disappointed. Everything was pretty much premade out of a box and was still the same price as Starbucks down the street. They were out of the caramel latte mix and I got pumpkin spice (which I didn’t like). It was more of a gift shop and ice cream place I guess :/"
