What People Are Saying
from Google"Drove by this place for years and never stopped in. Today decided it's time to try it. Good decision. Place is small but nice and good atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. Price is similar to every cuban restaurant but portion size is good for the price. Food was good. Everyone I saw was enjoying what they were eating. Definitely going to come back to try different items."
"Was initially inspired by the racks of freshly made Cuban bread. So few places make their own. On the particular day I went they were a little in the weeds as I was behind a nine top. So, while service was slow, eventually the Cuban sandwich came and it was good. A little heavy on the cheese for my liking, but not bad. The french fries that came with were a wilted mess, cooked long before they were served. The people were nice but they seemed harried. I'm sure, eventually, I will stop in again and give it another go. But then again, there are so many other restaurants to try. I hope they get this figured out. Anyone willing to go to the lengths of making their own bread obviously cares about quality. They just gotta put it all together."
"This was my sandwich when I checked it in the parking lot. Bread was very soggy. Sandwich itself had a weird flavor. As you can tell, it’s not actual steak. They were nice people though."
"Rey’s Cuban Cafe is amazing! The food was delicious 🤤 — I had the chicken breast with onions, yellow rice, and tostones, and every bite was packed with flavor. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you want authentic Cuban cuisine!"
"Their food is consistently amazing. Have tried all their sandwiches and the bistec steak sandwich is incredible. They have some of my fave Maduros in the area too. Great hidden spot!"
