"People of Clearwater have an amazing place to go and have breakfast, lunch, good healthy beverages and much more! The ladies that attended me were great, very good service and I believe I got to meet the owner which was very attentive. Is a great place with great atmosphere. I had a Buenos Aires omelette that was very good, nice big portion for a good price. I also had a beef stew that was very good! Awesome place!"

"First off, there are a total of 3 places I like the coffee from in this area of FL, this is one of the best. The food is also delicious, I've had the Irish style stew, salads and the Greek yogurt bowl, all fresh, filling and very tasty. Lastly so many casual places in FL are kind of downscale, not clean, sticky tables, shabby etc, this place is the polar opposite, it has been pristine every time we've gone in there (and considering everything is white that says a lot), the staff are also always happy and friendly. They also have a focus on providing many gluten free and vegan options, as a gluten free person, this is desperately needed here. Highly recommended!"

"My girlfriend, Pam, and I share the same birthday so she arranged a party for us at Slow or On the Go. Every single one of us was truly impressed with the quality of service, the aesthetics and cleanliness of the place (including the bathroom!), the friendliness, helpfulness, generosity and truly in communication participation of the owner (Roy) and staff. Absolutely stellar. The gorgeous South African tea service was trimmed with real gold, if you can believe that. There are gluten free desserts and food for those who want such and everything presented, including beautiful salads and desserts are made a a real person, Ashley. My personal favorite was the tiramisu. I will only eat it if it is moist, less cake, more cream. That was the birthday cake! I could have eaten a pan of it and will definitely return just for that for treats for my friends and group meetings. One more thing - I asked for strong coffee and I got it!! Having my birthday there with friends made it one of the more pleasurable I’ve had (I’m 78) and everyone was quite glad they’d been invited."

"This is a healthy, Vegan- friendly establishment with amazing options and occasional high-noon tea gatherings on Sunday that I suggest you try out because there are also dancers that will occasionally be there as well. I ended up having the Cape Town Bobotie Bowl which, they offer a gluten- free option, includes mild curried ground beef topped with golden egg custard, served with rice or toasted sourdough, a side salad, chips, and Mrs. Ball's chutney. The best thing about how this was served is that it's flavorful by itself but if you are a person that is used to excessive salt or pepper, they offer that for you to add to whatever level you desire."
