Nothing here is accidental. I ordered a pour over (their specialty), and instead of a rushed transaction, I got a guided tour of the coffee’s entire life cycle. Jordan walked me through the beans, the roast, the extraction, and why each choice mattered. Not pretentious. Just thoughtful, enthusiastic, and deeply knowledgeable. And the coffee? Outstanding. Clean, expressive, and intentional. The kind of cup that makes you pause mid-sip and think, “Oh… yeah. This is different.” This is not a volume coffee shop. You’re not getting a sugar-loaded latte fired out of muscle memory. You’re getting an experience — slow, deliberate, and refreshingly human. If you want drive-thru speed, this isn’t it. "My sister and I came to the Clermont farmers market for the first time and we stopped in to get some coffee, which we were craving and wow, was I so grateful we found this spot! I’m specifically very particular with my coffee and this was probably the best iced vanilla latte, which is my usual order, I’ve ever had in FL! The owner was extremely professional and accommodating to our requests. Definitely check it out, you won’t regret it!!!"

"Glad to have stumbled across this local gem! They roast their own beans, make their own syrups, and have an awesome slow drip cold brew tower. To top it all off they are environmentally responsible using compostable drink-ware for their cups! Coffee and lattes taste great! They also took time to explain their menu options to me and all the flavors of their pour over coffees! I was so excited, that I came back the today to try more! They also offer assorted pastries."
