It was nice that they included an info card about how long to let the slice sit outside of the refrigerator before enjoying it. There was a touching story on the back about the origins of Camila's. I bought three different Nutella, pistachio, and dulce de leche options to try a variety of quality options, and the result was the same: creamy and not overpowering, and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite. "I discovered Camilla’s Patisserie by accident. I was just walking by while wandering around The Plaza in the Gables and their kiosk got my attention, then asked for a sample and couldn’t resist to have a slice. They have so many flavors but the guava and the manchego are my favorite ones. Their richness is next level, so so creamy, with the right amount of sweetness (on the low side, the way I like it) and the flavors come through nicely balanced. I can’t help but stop by every time I’m in the area. Looking forward to my next cheesecake slice."

"I was staying at the Loews hotel and came across this cheesecake kiosk. I got the pistachio cheesecake which was very delicious. The staff was really nice and allowed me to taste a few of their other flavors. I’m taking off 1 star because of the price. It’s really $$$$ for the size you get other than that I totally recommend."
