"I always go here for Boba, good quality … or WAS good quality. Today I ordered 3 Brown Sugar bobas, and for some reason the boba tapiocas were pretty tiny and unusually hard/chewy which tells me they weren’t cooked properly or lazily done by staff. It’s concerning they just willingly served undercooked. Looks like I won’t be coming back until Bobayo puts themselves in check. This is unacceptable, and the cups the drinks that come in now are weird. Not the authentic boba style cups where you punch in the straw into the plastic covering anymore. Just some tall coffee cups. By the way, I got myself a full refund from UberEats."
