"We had the great pleasure to visit Chabelos last Saturday and let me tell you, we haven’t stop talking about not only the great food but the beautiful heart of the owners, Geraldine and Angelo. I had never tasted a dish called “Chancho al Cilindro” so Geraldine literally brought me into the kitchen and in the middle of a very busy day, she explained how they prepare this delicious dish - I believe they only serve this on weekends. Next, we tried the “Causa Envevichada” so incredible fresh and we finished with the most tender “Lomo Salatado” that was out of this world! Overall a wonderful experience can’t wait to go back."
