"I had an Uber pick up in the mall location, I called and asked if they are in the food court and the young man said yes. I was looking and nothing. After asking a couple of people, I found it. I asked why tell me your in the food court if you are not the response from both of them is not my job to do your job and he continued being rude. I'm picking up for a paying customer. This whole situation was handled very unprofessionally and neither had any good customer service. I asked for their names and they refused , I asked for a District manager number and they both refused."

"had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude — she walked away from the counter in the middle of helping me and had an attitude when she came back. What made it worse was seeing them cover their noses while I was standing there, as if I made them uncomfortable just for being there. That was completely uncalled for and disrespectful. Despite their behavior, I kept my composure and showed nothing but respect. It’s sad that customers can be treated this way and brushed off like it doesn’t matter — even if it’s “just one person.” Every customer should be treated with basic decency. I hope management reviews the cameras and takes this seriously, because no one deserves to be treated like that."

"BEST COFFEE AND SERVICE!!!! Last afternoon I stopped with a friend to buy some coffee and I just can say this Is the BEST coffee I have tried in Florida! Finding an authentic venezuelan coffee here is tough, but at this Don Pan at Coral Square Mall we finally found it, The coffee was amazing also the whipped cream was so fresh that it tasted just like an original venezuelan cappuccino, please never change it! We also got some PAN DULCE which was so fresh and tasty!! I recommend it! But the best of everything was the super kind, great and EXCELLENT SERVICE we got from Jesús and Guido, they made us feel welcome and patiently answer all of our questions about the menu. They definitely made our day, here is when you can say service is everything! We will definitely come back! Thank you so much!"

"The employees are nice and friendly. I ordered a cuban sandwich it was almost $10! I expected more than 1 thin slice of ham, small bread, almost no meat and who makes cuban sandwiches with yellow cheese? On the menu it says they use swiss. I didn't open the box until I got home. I was so disappointed. I will never buy anything there again."
