"I really love this place, but I recently had a disappointing experience with customer service. I placed an order online through Menufy for a platter, and there was no option to choose the sides. When I arrived, I kindly asked if they could change the side, and the ladies at the front were super nice, very helpful, and apologized for the inconvenience. However, when my plate came out, it had a note from the cook, even though the issue wasn’t my fault at all. He came out himself and handed me the food with an attitude. It made the situation feel uncomfortable, especially since I was polite and the online system didn’t give me any options. I truly enjoy this restaurant, but I hope management can address this so customers don’t feel blamed for something out of their control. The front staff handled it wonderfully, and I appreciate them, but the cook’s reaction was unnecessary."
