from Google & Yelp"Ella Cafe– Coral Springs For me, this is the best coffee shop in the Coral Springs area. Not only because of their excellent coffee, delicious pastries, and amazing food, but most importantly because of the girls and the entire staff, who always make me feel truly at home. They know exactly how I like my cappuccino: with almond milk, no sweeteners, extra foamy, served in a glass cup and always with a beautiful heart drawn in the foam. That level of care and attention to detail is something truly special 🤍☕️ The indoor atmosphere is eclectic, beautiful, and very welcoming. They even have small tables and chairs for kids, which is such a thoughtful touch. I personally love sitting outside and enjoying the outdoor terrace. It has become my daily must-stop, and whenever I can, I bring family and friends — they all absolutely love it. On top of that, the location is super convenient, surrounded by shops, hair salons, Fresh Market, Ulta, and Marshalls. I truly invite you to come and try it… you will love it, and you will love the people as well 💕"
"Super cute coffee shop on the corner of wiles and university. Theme is love and live for coffee! Looks like they might have an open mic night it poetry nights on their little stage. Love the ambience and the coffee was delicious. I got the avocado toast and it didn’t disappoint. 9/16 I’ve been back a few times now, I might be obsessed! Better and cheaper than Starbucks!! That blueberry zucchini muffin, can I get 17of them please!!!! So delicious!"
"I am in Coral Springs for a work conference and I desperately needed GOOD coffee! Looked on google and found this little gem and WOW! Are my tastebuds happy they did! I had a Caramel Apple pie Latte (one of their seasonal flavors) and it was so delicious! Also ordered a BLT but I haven’t had that just yet. The ambiance is wonderful! The service is what made my day! Natasha was the first person I encountered here and her smile is infectious! She was kind and courteous and just nice to talk to (even if it is just for the few seconds it took to take my order) . Then Kayla (I hope I spelled her name correctly) made my coffee and I can just tell she made it with love! Thank you both for your customer service and handling a busy Saturday with such grace. If you are in Coral Springs, make sure you come by!"
"Coral Springs, FL. Sherlly was a joy! But I suspect everyone on staff is a joy here. With a slogan like “handcrafted love” on your shirt, you gotta bring it. And Sherlly did. Sherlly checked on me after ringing up and delivering my order, and we eventually had a nice conversation about the new Lilo and Stitch movie. I think if I return in a couple months I’ll look Sherlly up. Sherlly is good people. This Ella looks like the original Ella Coffee in Pembroke Pines on the inside. It has greenery, natural wood, two high-top tables for six each, four regular tables, one children’s table, two classy occasional chairs in a seating arrangement, and a setup for live music at the end. The clientele here is the same as at the other Ella with calm remote work and meetups happening. I love Ella Coffee’s people, they are diverse and nice. The last time I was at Ella in Pembroke Pines I got a huge tall cinnamon roll. Today I got a buttery croissant for Steve. Steve said you could taste the butter, it was really good. I got a decaf cappuccino because my doctor said ix-nay to caffeine. It tasted great! And Ella’s baristas know how to do coffee art. They still use wooden boards for dine-in. They did this about two years before charcuterie boards trended. Now they add little coffee-flavored shortbread cookie hearts to each board. On the outside, it seems to be obscured by the sterile white walls of the strip of businesses it is in. It looks like it should be a dentist shop. Look for “Coffee House” on the white building on the northeast corner of University and Wiles. There is better parking in the back, and that’s where the entrance is. Once you enter, if you’re a coffee shop aficionado, Ella will become your new favorite coffee shop. They have amazing pastries, salads, and croissants baked on the premises!"
"5 Stars – A Hidden Gem! Coral Springs Location -This was my first visit to Ella’s Coffee House, and it definitely won’t be my last. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cozy and inviting. I ordered an iced vanilla coffee, and the barista did an excellent job – it was smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. I also tried the American sandwich, and wow – it was amazing! The bacon was actually crispy (a rare find!), and I ended up eating the whole thing because it was just that good. A special shoutout to Shirley, who made my visit even better. She kindly walked me through the menu, gave helpful recommendations, and made sure I had a clean and comfortable spot to sit. Her attentiveness and friendly attitude made a great impression. Ella’s Coffee House is a quaint little spot with great food, excellent coffee, and even better service. Looking forward to coming back! :)"
