"I placed an order before opening in hopes that when they do open, my order will be the first one to make.. that was not the case. I was sitting there waiting for my order while others who made their order in person got theirs. My order slip was just getting ignored.. I was told that it will be ready by 8:30am.. they haven’t even started by 8:30.. I was being very polite and patient because I understand this industry. But it’s just common sense that I placed my order first before everyone else so my order should be the first one to make.. was really looking forward for the food but instead I respectfully asked for a refund. Next time I’ll just order in person.."
