"I’ve been to this location many times, but this time I had a horrible experience and a horrible customer service with the girl at the front. She gave us an extremely rude attitude, When I asked her for three plates for the pastries, she gave me three dirty plates From the previous order. When I saw and returned back to her and told her I need three clean plates and I showed her that the plates were dirty she replied “perfect!” With a sneaky smile. This attitude and customer service should not be tolerated especially not in a place like Pura Vida. We spent over $200 on a casual Breakfast and received a customer service worse than Dunkin’ Donuts or McDonald’s. The managers and the owners of the place should properly train employees and discipline and Fire for such behavior."

"This place is absolutely amazing. Food and beverages are excellent and the service is another level. I personally want to highlight Lizz, she was amazing asking us if we had any allergies and then stopped our table to check on us a couple times. Amazing vibe and customer service from her side. "The food we received was actually not good. It was a to go order. The salad wasn’t fresh and they claimed it was roasted salmon in a wrap but it was raw. Also asked for the wrap to have no mayo as we have an allergy and they did it anyway. Almost the entire thing expensive order was put into the trash. The coffee was good and the atmosphere of the place is very nice. That’s the best compliment I can give. No returned called when I attempted to let them know about the food. Update: They actually replied to my review. Offered a $75 gift card. Went back to the restaurant and used the gift card the salad while pricy was much better. They discontinued the coffee I would normally get but the environment was much more friendly this time around. Could have been because they knew the gift card was issued in their error the first time. If you want to have a nice salad in a very pretty environment and have some money to spend i recommend it."

"I come here a lot, love this place. Today I had a really good experience as usual. Susana asked me to leave a review, so wanted to share my opinion about this place. As soon as I come, a girl who I see every time when I come to Pura Vida greets me friendly. She already knows my name and what I eat, gives me positive energy from the morning. Thanks to her(Yora) for that client oriented service! Servers and managers(Susana, Liz) always pass by to ask me if everything is good. If I have any problems tha always solve it. Thanks to them! The food is delicious, of course a little expensive, but it worth. The most important part is that I always leave this place with smile. Thank you!"

"I’m happy and impressed after ordering the toasted chicken wrap. Everything about this wrap was delicious, especially the sauce. Is it worth $18.95 for one wrap? Not sure, but work paid for this and I loved it."
