"Drinks here are simply splendid. The owner is professional and personable at the same time. My first time dropping by I saw the dynamic she has with her regulars and decided I wanted to be one. The smoothies are tasty, but the tea she made for me was the real winner. I needed caffeine after a heavy lunch elsewhere and she happily crafted a potion that got the job done! Fresh fruit, açaí bowls, smoothies and teas. Also cinnamon donuts (insert drooling here). Anyway, the people are friendly, the owner is present and engaged. The music isn’t too loud, and she remembers you when you come regularly. That’s kind of a big deal for me. I love shopping local and building a rapport with the people who run and/or work in the shops. I had an orange flavored green tea mixed with black tea infused with something called “Lift Off” and it was incredible. It is in Deerfield, so I may have them deliver sometimes since I’m a little ways north, but hanging out in the spot has been cool too. Visited twice since the first trip and figured I should write a review about it since obviously I dig the drinks."

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. Gracie, the owner, is incredibly sweet and runs the place all on her own — it’s woman-owned and you can really feel the care she puts into everything. The menu has both dairy-free AND gluten-free options, which is rare to find. And on top of that, the food is genuinely nourishing, so you walk away feeling good about what you ate. I couldn’t decide what to get, so I asked Gracie to surprise me — she picked a protein bubble waffle and a coconut pineapple shake for me, and they were both amazing. The inside of the shop was also very clean and cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious, wholesome food that meets dietary needs without sacrificing flavor or vibes."

"Came in here after a foot massage next door as I am always looking for local places. Gracie behind the counter was amazing. I got a loaded energy tea, The hulk smash and it was delicious. The atmosphere is great and very chill, lots of seating and even some books. I can't wait to try the protein donuts"
