"Best cortado I've ever had. I got the seasonal ube purple eater (weird name but killer cortado). It was so creamy--even the milk float was creamy! The added fact that they have the option of serving in mugs and glassware is so underappreciated. PLUS they have outdoor seating that is mostly separated from cars and moving traffic, again, such a necessity and bonus. Really recommend this place for the coffee, because it welcomes you to stay and draw/chat/pass time."

"Trilogy has the best coffee in, and out of, Deland. The food is good as well and the tarts are delicious. You’d be hard pressed to find anything like it in the surrounding states. I realize that is a very bold and unbelievable statement but just go and see for yourself. The staff is one of a kind and regardless of any new baristas that came in or have left over the last couple of years, they have been most consistent. I could name every barista and what they excel at but they are all S-Tier. They are extremely kind and friendly, if you’re a regular they will know your names and your orders. It always is an amazing experience to go to Trilogy, we love this place."

"This is our favorite coffee shop in central Florida. I prefer pour over coffee and they have a great selection, and it is always great quality. We also enjoy the cold brew, and my children love the cold tea, with honey added of course! The customer service is exceptional and only gets better if you become a regular! The shop has seating inside and outside, so if you can't find a seat inside, we always find one outside. It can get really busy but the staff is very efficient so don't worry if there is a line when you arrive. The location is great too, you can find free parking in 3 different lots around the shop. We highly recommend!"

"Really cute coffee shop on a quiet street. There were unique coffee offerings from various regions. There was also options for dairy free milk. There’s a small food menu but both items we got were delicious! You can add an egg to the avocado toast. I felt the avocado could’ve been seasoned a little more as it lacked flavour but the bread was delicious. I subbed out the cheese on the breakfast sandwich for tomatoes and I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend coming here for the coffee, food, and vibes."
