"A picture is worth a thousand words. I went twice in a week to this location. Both times this is how much cream cheese they applied, so this was not an aberration or mistake. The person I went with ordered “extra” cream cheese the second time because they pulled this the first time. They didnt even give extra and we had to go back up and ask, despite paying extra. And the guy in the back was a prick about it. I submitted a webform complaint and sent an email to BWB to see if the corporate management would care enough to reply. I sent that Sunday. Today is Wednesday and still no reply. No self respecting NY bagel spot would serve this little amount of shmear. Shame. For what it is worth - the Boca West location didnt pull this crap when I went there between my two visits to this location."

"Top notch bagels in Delray Beach area! First time and won’t be my last visit! Establishment staff were very helpful from start to finish. Gave me a tip to download the app and it would give you free soda’s and many items as you get your rewards going. This time around I went with a Whole Wheat Grain Bagel, Egg Whites, Cream Cheese & Avocado. Perfect morning quick breakfast! Highly Recommended!"

"Ordered bagels. Also picked up tuna fish and egg salad. Nice staff. Quick. Received food under 5 minutes. Prices are fair. Plenty of indoor seating. Some outdoors. Parking lot good. Go!!"

"The food and service is very good. BUT the place is a MESS. All of the booths have torn seats covers and you are starting to get your pants caught on them. If the owners have any respect for the place they should fix the booths and make the place look clean again."

"Was trying to find a good bagel and not from a stock chain and tried this place. Had a breakfast bagel sandwich and was terrific. The bagels had that dense cakeyness like east coast. There was a couple coffee and creamer choices. Only issue for me was that the coffee was not hot enough to burn you, might be a local law, but I had to put it straight in the microwave."
