Peter, the roastmaster, is absolutely amazing and will help you pick out the beans as per your preference. We used to buy whole beans from various coffee shops and gourmet markets but still struggle with finding recently roasted beans, here you are sure of one thing, they are all roasted the same week you buy them if not the same day and always have great tasting espresso at home. Best of all, you can't beat the price that is offered here and you are for sure to be hooked like we are."
