"The Seed is a great coffee shop & bakery right on Atlantic Ave, and a perfect stop for a morning or afternoon refuel. It’s a cozy spot with a few seats indoors and outside and a cute little bench swing too. The staff are fast and friendly, and the baked goods are delicious. I’ve gone for the breakfast burrito a few times, along with the cinnamon roll and a few other treats. They also sponsor the local run club and offer a discount to members."

"Adorable little coffee place in Delray with a bunch of yummy little brunch offerings! Quiche, croissants, bacon and egg sandwiches, muffins, etc. The iced Americano was great! Lovely place to grab something small before heading down Atlantic Adventue or going to the beach. We will be back on our next visit through Delray. Pretty interior with some neat photo opportunity areas and lots of pretty house plants. Good vibes."

"Fun coffee stop place! Had a nitro brew and an empanada . Wife had a cold brew and slice of banana coconut bread. We rounded out our breakfast with a piece of spinach quiche. Delicious coffee delicious food great service, clean dining room, fun hip patrons to hang with while you enjoy your brunch. We’ll make this regular stop when we’re in the area."
