"I liked the food, but the service was disappointing. The woman who took my order avoided eye contact throughout my visit, including at the cashier, which made me feel unwelcome. Service was very slow, I arrived at 11:30 and didn’t leave until 1:30. Our water was forgotten, and I had to ask for it after we ordered. We were never offered water refills. After waiting about an hour for the check, I had to go to the counter myself, and my change was placed far away on the counter rather than handed to me. Overall, the food was good, but the service needs improvement."

In a sea of the thousands of bland, chain, taste-free restaurants that seem to keep multiplying in southwest Florida, this place stands out for its flavorful food, fresh ingredients, and cheerful staff. This business clearly takes pride in its work, and is a great place for a filling breakfast or lunch. And for a festive dinner, the full-service restaurant is just a few doors down. "Very cute place. The Diego sandwich was good flavor (and huge), though the bread was a little over done and hard. The fries were cold and stale. The avocado toast was decent but very plain, just avocado on toast - it had a little bit of seasoning at least. Service was slow but prices were reasonable. I would come back but would try something else probably."
