"I usually LOVE Ellianos but this morning 1/18/26 around 10:30am my coworkers went to go get coffee and food for everyone. I got a large joy shot sub oat milk instead of the half and half and an asiago bagel with cream cheese and bacon. I was extremely disappointed with my order. My joy shot was completely undrinkable. They forgot the caramel sauce and it just tasted like straight espresso and milk. Then I open my bagel and it has a super thin layer of cream cheese and a little sliver of one peice of bacon on it. I was extremely upset this morning and I had to work so I could not return to the store for a refund or to swap it out. I threw it all away."

"The apple cinnamon pecan muffin was nicely warmed and perfectly baked! The hot chocolate was spot on with yummy marshmallows on top! Despite the cold weather I felt nicely warmed up from the warm yummy food and drink! The croissant bacon, egg and cheese was toasted perfectly and every bite was delicious! They got the order perfectly right! The service was amazing and everyone was super nice and welcoming."
