"I stood at the counter for well over 5 minutes not an employee to be seen. I said hello is anyone here, No response was given. Then I shouted a little louder ok that’s fine I guess yall don’t want my business as I was leaving someone came to the counter. The gentleman stated “what’s up” I then stated “oh so now that I said you don’t want my business you show up”. The gentleman then said “I didn’t hear you”. I said “what’s great customer service”. “No it’s fine I don’t need to do business with you”. He then said “ok”. With such a cavalier attitude, Of unfriendly customers service. I personally would never do business with this location again. No apology was given nor any attempt to earn my business back."

"Donut size significantly smaller. I’ve arrived around 3 multiple times with absolutely no selection. Fine. I show up at 1:30 and still barely any selection. I understand they are popular but what is the point of staying open until 5? Today I’m even more upset as the bourbon caramel donuts I purchased are significantly smaller than usual. Blueberry hill next to them for reference. Every single one of the bourbon caramels (I bought 4) were smaller. These donuts are not cheap. I expect the size to say the same, consistent. I’m very disappointed. If this is the new size they are fazing into, I’m just going to have to try Daily Donuts in orange park."

"I took my daughter for donuts today and they were pretty good. The selection was amazing and it’s difficult to choose a flavor which is a nice problem to have because they all look yummy! Don’t think of these as a typical donut as they are more like a croissant and on the thicker side. Definitely worth a stop in to check them out if you haven’t done so already. The only reason for giving 4 stars is that they serve them cold which was a disappointment as they would be much tastier if served warm considering the thickness."

"First time here, and walking in smelled delicious. Service was A+, our server Sarah W. was very helpful in recommending what to enjoy and even told us of the upcoming seasonal lattes that we should try. Very clean and refreshing atmosphere. The lavender oatmilk coffee was amazing and my favorite mini doughnut has to be the coconut cream filled. I will definitely make a return trip for the holiday lattes."
