Charlie Street is conveniently located and walking distance from Lake Ridge, Middle River Terrace, and South Middle River. Free and large parking lot located across the street between Milk Money and the liquor store (if you need to drive there). Valerie runs the place, and she's really friendly with high quality, small business and/or locally-sourced items on offer. Baked goods are either baked on premises or locally. Great atmosphere to hang out with your laptop or with friends while you get a bite to eat, or make it a local jogging/walking destination as part of your fitness regimen. Open mornings till 4pm daily."

The owners know me by name which makes this place even more special to me. The lavender iced coffee and crumble are my absolute favorite. Highly recommend!"

"I just tried this wonderful cafe, serving up the most delicious veggie sandwich and sat Al fresco looking at a tall flower holiday tree. What could be better? It’s about time that Fort Lauderdale had a wonderful coffee and sandwich spot. They also sell beautiful fresh flowers and bouquets. Great food and flowers. My two favorite things! This will become a regular spot for me."
