What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Would give 0 stars if possible. Come in a few times and never has been pleasant. Coffee is overpriced and no matter how thorough I tru to be something is always wrong. Today was just the final straw. The young lady with the long reddish hair is very unwelcoming and borderline rude. I waited almost 20 minutes for an orange juice and watched someone who ordered after I did receive TWO orange juices. Before placing my order I asked if they had LEMON slices /wedges, the lady at the cash register looked at me like I was crazy and asked if I wanted them in my orange juice. I said “no just on the side.” (I don’t think either requests warrants her looking appalled) The lemon slices were important for me because I was going to use them on my breakfast (not from Crema). I live upstairs and didn't have any so I figured I could purchase something small and ask for some on the side. I ordered an orange juice which is $9.62 and then waited a LONG time for it, almost 20 minutes. While I waited I saw two other parties complain / have to ask for their drinks to be remade or something was missing. I had to ask about my order just for someone to start making it and hand it to me in less than 5 minutes. Finally, when I do get the VICIOUSLY over priced orange juice, I am handed a small cup with lime slices. Before I go I ask for the correction, just for her to tell me she knows and that they never had LEMON slices. I do not know if the entire establishment does not have lemon or just not the front or what but I do not know why she didn’t tell me that from the beginning. Since, I clearly asked because although small it was important to me. Do better Crema. I’ve worked a service job before, this was not the oddest request. If I ask a simple question I should be receiving an accurate answer. If she did not know if lemon was available she should’ve asked or told me that. Instead she said yes, and then I made a decision based on that. My personal motives shouldn’t matter. Now I’m never getting my money or most importantly those almost 20 minutes of my time back and I’m just upset."
"Excellent experience A very nice coffee shop with a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. The coffee is high quality, well prepared, and full of flavor. I also tried some of the pastries and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was super friendly and the service was fast. Definitely a place worth coming back to and highly recommended."

"Disappointing First Visit – Not Worth the Hype or Price Tried the newly opened Crema Gourmet for the first time over the weekend, hoping for a great breakfast experience. While the atmosphere and aesthetic were inviting, the food and service fell well short of expectations. We ordered the chocolate chip pancake and an open-faced breakfast sandwich, both of which looked nothing like the photos on their poster. The presentation was unappetizing, and the textures were equally disappointing—dry pancakes and brioche that lacked freshness. To top it off, the pancakes were served without syrup, and we had to walk up to the counter to ask for it ourselves. The icing on the cake was the automatic 15% service charge added to the bill—on top of the tip we had given. This would have been understandable if we were at a restaurant with table service, but in this case, we placed our order at the counter and still received incomplete service. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to the premium pricing, curated image and the marketing claim that they are promoting -- “This is not your average cafe”. Feels quite the opposite in our case."
"Terrific cafe. Bright and roomy location. Very clean and organized. Loved the simple quinoa bowl. The hot matcha latte was potent which is how I like it. Laura the manager on staff that day was really helpful. She made sure I was happy with my order and asked if anything they can do better. I don't mind the automatic dine in 15% service fee/tip, though it is a bit unusual for this residential neighborhood. As long as the service, price and quality is there. I didn't mind the dine in 15% fee/tip, hopefully that is shared with the team. The only thing that might hold me back from visiting often is that I have to pay to street park and spaces are limited."
"Fantastic addition to the neighborhood! Already have visited 4x since the soft opening and enjoyed their official Grand Opening with free pastries and..."
