"the seed rocks. The food is delicious - and in particular I want to highlight the spinach and cheese quiche, strawberry matcha, and specialty coffees. I’m not much of a quiche guy but it was super well done. The inside and outside is also a total vibe and a great place to chill for a little while. The staff are kind and attentive, and while the line can get long, it moves fast & the food came out quite quickly. A+ for the pineapple fruit plate presentation too. The disco ball vending machine is an homage the kind of vibe this place is — exactly where you want to grab your breakfast and coffee in Ft. Lauderdale. This place will keep you wanting to come back again and again."

"While vacationing we found this coffee shop and I am so happy we did. Very friendly service and she gave a great recommendation. They have seating space indoors and a super cute outdoor area set up with games and seating to hang out at. We got two of their juices and the almond joy latte. The juices were so good but the latte was my absolute favorite. I haven’t seen this flavor anywhere else and I am so glad it was recommended. I am already thinking of going back tomorrow to try one more latte before heading to the airport!"

"I'm a big fan of the Seed in Boca, so of course I was excited when I heard they opened a Fort Lauderdale location that's closer to me. Even though they are recently up and running, everything ran smoothly. Service was great and the young lady behind the counter was ready to give us some recommendations regarding their seasonal flavors. Inside is a cool, chill ambiance with plenty of seating, plus seating outside too. I got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and their Florida burrito (which has turkey bacon), and we also got a cheddar chive and bacon scone (which I didn't try but was told it was good). The latte was actually a perfect cup of coffee and exactly how I like it. The burrito was yummy and filled with flavor and had a little kick. If you're looking for a perfect little morning (or afternoon), I suggest coming to the Seed, grabbing a coffee (and maybe something to eat), and doing a crossword puzzle, as I did on this particular day. You won't regret it."

"This location is spacious, cute, and everything on the menu is delicious. The coffee is always amazing! I used to visit their Boca Raton spot, but I think this one is new and it was the perfect destination for a 70 mile bike ride from Miami. All my friends loved it too!"
