"Love this shop! Wish I lived in Florida. I would come here all the time! I got two different iced lattes and two pastries. Everything was so good! The dulce de leche croissant... DIVINE! She also had these little pistachio cookies covered in white chocolate. It took everything in me not to go back inside and buy all of them! SO GOOD! Service was quick and friendly! Love this spot"

"I really wanted to like this place and support a local business. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The shop was completely empty when I went in. Before ordering, I specifically asked the cashier if the matcha was sweet. She said it was “a little, but not that much,” and I clearly mentioned that I don’t like sweet drinks. Based on that, I proceeded to order multiple items, including drink. When I received the drink, it was extremely sweet—overwhelmingly so—and tasted very artificial. I politely asked if there was any way to fix it. The response I received was full of attitude, and I was told that fixing it would cost extra. While I wasn’t actually charged, the way it was handled was rude and careless. They poured more milk into the cup, causing it to spill everywhere. No apology, no effort to make it right, no basic customer service. On top of that, the prices are high for the quality and experience you receive. For an overpriced menu and such poor service, there’s no reason to come back. I will absolutely never return. After this experience, it’s no surprise the shop was empty at 9 a.m. on a weekday."

"This place is such a hidden gem! I got the new summer pumpkin spice hazelnut iced latte. Atmosphere was great, plenty of seating, clean, and had great food options as well. Both lady’s behind the bar were super friendly. I highly recommend!"

"This place has been open for a while and after a quick drop off return at the UPS Store, I thought I would finally stop by. I'm glad I did. The place is just a lovely oasis in this busy Northridge Shopping Center. Clean, bright and oh so pretty. The Ladies are lovely and the food was great. I got an Iced Mocha and several empanadas for the office. Everyone agreed they were quite tasty and so artfully prepared!"

"I tried the iced blueberry matcha and a macaroon and both were incredible! The macaroon was fresh and tasty. I liked the combo of blueberry and matcha. The woman working was very sweet and gave my fur baby a bowl of ice water. Prices were comparable to Starbucks. Definitely would go back for a treat!"
