"I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. This was only my second time visiting, and I was genuinely excited to come back. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee and sat down with the intention of eating and doing some light work. Less than 20 minutes after sitting down — before I had even taken a single bite of my sandwich and while I was still drinking my coffee — I was approached and told that I couldn’t use the table with my laptop because it was busy. This was already frustrating as I was clearly still in the middle of my purchase. To make matters worse, I was approached again shortly after and told I needed to give up my table while I was still finishing my coffee. What made this even more disappointing was that there were other customers actively working on their laptops who were not approached at all. I was also planning to meet someone there, which I ended up leaving early instead. I understand that this is a small café and that seating can be limited, but approaching a paying customer multiple times before they’ve even had a chance to eat is unprofessional and unacceptable. If there is a policy around laptop use or time limits at tables, that should be clearly communicated upfront with visible signage so customers can make an informed decision before ordering. Had I been sitting for an extended period of time, I would have understood — but that simply wasn’t the case. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured I won’t be returning, and I won’t be recommending this café to others."

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is perfect—bright, warm, and just buzzing enough to feel alive without being chaotic. It’s the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to linger over that second cup of coffee. The service? Impeccable. Everyone there genuinely seems to care. They’re friendly, attentive, and fast without making you feel rushed. You can tell they love what they do. Their coffee is perfectly crafted—smooth, rich, and better than most places around. Don’t even get me started on the croissants. If you’re looking for the best coffee shop in town, this is it. Ideal for meeting friends, getting work done, or just treating yourself. Rize Craft Coffee and Patisserie nails it on all fronts. Can’t recommend them enough. Five stars all the way."

"Such a cute coffee shop with delicious pastries! The coffee was fantastic! I tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor, and it had just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. The pastries were fresh and tasty, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’ll be visiting again on my next trip to Florida ☺️"

"My fiance and I love "Rize Craft Coffee". We are beyond happy with how delicious EVERYTHING here is. From the pastries to the coffee. The atmosphere inside is very cozy and all the staff are extremely nice and friendly. I wish they had more options for their signature lattes, but for now this is just fine. I can just customize and make my own the way I like. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Its worth it 100 percent! My favorite drink to order is a Hazelnut/white chocolate iced latte. My pup goes crazy for their dog cookies!"
