My latte was exquisite (they use Resident beans—the best!) and the cinnamon sugar pretzel was light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. The space has a low key + cozy vibe that fits in so well with the building’s history. Wonderful addition to this part of Gainesville, can’t wait to check it out again!"

"Amazing local neighborhood coffee & pastry shop stop on our bike ride. There is parking across the street for cars. They are building out the place, so just order at the counter & takeaway for now. Forgot to take pictures of our order but my latte was delicious! A variety of savory sweet pastries. Couple of friends had the cinnamon rolls & said they were delicious. It sure looked amazing!"

"Everything was excellent. Fun and creative lattes. The baker with their fresh pastries was a surprise treat! Hard to not buy and try everything. This is what every college town needs. Oh, and the benches at the playground next door seemed strangely under utilized the morning we visited. Definitely give this spot a try. I guarantee you’ll be back again"

"Honestly, probably the best coffee in Gainesville. The owner of Volta once said, a cafe is only as good as its cappuccino, and this is hands down the best capp i’ve ever had and its always good. Anywhere the lowbar popped up i would drive out of my way and i am thrilled they have a shop now. I live off tower and I will gladly drive to come see them."

"I had the pleasure of visiting Lowbar today! I saw they were having a soft opening and I was so excited to try! I was greeted with smiles and they were so friendly. I ordered the seasonal vanilla spiced latte and a cinnamon roll. I’m super picky about my coffees in that I love to TASTE the coffee, and I appreciated that they didn’t overly sweeten the coffee or add too much milk. The latte was perfectly balanced and I could taste delicious nutty toasty notes. I hope to see larger cup sizes and flavor options. 10/10! I will be back soon! Thank you!"
