"The wait time for coffee is ridiculous. It takes 3 people to work a tap pay, hence the efficiency and service of the staff. There’s no sense of order system. Waited in line for 20 minutes and another 25 minutes for 3 coffees. You’d think they’d make the coffee based on the order system but at least 3 people who came after us were served with their coffees. They were all the same coffee by the way. Cookie butter is average and way too sweet. I wouldn’t waste time standing in line for this."
