"I loved the donuts! It’s not too sweet and the dough is soft. The packaging is also very nice and really appreciate the personal touch—seeing my name on the box made me feel valued as a customer. I also appreciate the great customer service! They personally called me to let me know that one of the items I ordered wasn’t available and gave me the option to replace it with something else. On top of that, they even gave me an extra donut! It's the little details like this that show they truly care about their customers. It made the whole experience feel more special!"

"This place is located inside Block 40 food hall. Even though we went near closing time, they still had a decent amount of donuts and goodies ready. The donuts were big, yummy and fulfilling. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable."

"Went to the Hollywood Boulevard Food Hall for the first time last night to try out this location of Donut Cream! I actually remember trying this place way back when, in Miami Beach, and this location wasn't the same. I actually ordered a to-go box from TooGoodToGo to try out their donuts, and they were OK. Got 6 donuts for around $1.60 each and they were a little dry, although they had good flavors, value for money, and provided me with a good assortment. The flavors were randomized because of TooGoodToGo policies, and I'm glad I got to try a few different ones. The service is very nice, and the overall food hall and look of the display was very appealing to the eye."
