"I’ve been to Coffee Mood at Avenues Mall (ground floor) about 2–3 times now, and unfortunately the service has been consistently below expectations. Most of the time, there’s only one employee working, usually a young woman who has to do everything — take orders, prepare drinks, handle payments. I genuinely feel bad for her, because it’s clear she’s overwhelmed and doesn’t even have time to properly attend customers. That alone already shows poor management. Today, however, the experience was worse. I ordered a coffee and a pastry and sat at a table directly in front of the counter. There was no receipt given, which I already find unacceptable — a business should be able to provide printed receipts. I waited and waited. There were two employees behind the counter, no other customers, and they were just chatting the entire time. After about 10 minutes, I turned around to look at them. It took them several more minutes to even notice me. Then one of them said, “Oh, your coffee has been ready for a while,” and pointed to a corner of the counter where I couldn’t even see it. The coffee was cold by then. No apology, no effort, just complete lack of attention and consideration. Cafés are already struggling, and this mall itself has been going through a difficult period lately. This is exactly the time when businesses should be investing in proper training, fair pay, and enough staff, instead of leaving customers frustrated and employees unsupported. This isn’t about blaming workers — it’s about management. If this is how they expect to grow and keep customers, something really needs to change."

"New coffee spot owned by Italian! It’s inside of the mall and it used to be Starbucks( in front of Forever 21) If you like Italian coffee, this is it! They use lavazza coffee and make it just right ! I love their cappuccino- silky foam milk and smooth espresso ☕️ 10/10 Try Italian sweets and pita bread too! Highly recommended!"

"I enjoy the taste of coffee in this place and tried two different times. When I went today for the second time for a cup of coffee, I had a lady with full of unhappy attitude, (busy reading her book) I do not appreciate her attitude at all. There are plenty of other coffee places and I am not going back there."
