"Myself and a friend visited yesterday 9-26-2025. I saw online the buffett was supposedly 11.00$ plus drink. When we got there it was oxtail fridays. So, the buffett was now 18.99 no problem. As I walked to the buffett and looked at the selection. The plantain were soft as mashed potatoes and looked sad. The peas in the rice and peas were half white. The yellow rice had dark pieces of rice. I went to check the oxtail pot. (Bones) all the meat was gone the pot was hot and filled with gravy and bones. How can they expect us to pay 20$ for an oxtail buffet with oxtail bones? Thank goodness we looked before we ate. I was filled with disgust! I've been in jacksonville since 2007 this was my fist visit (2025). I will never return."
