I can't authentically describe this as a functioning neighborhood gathering place when reviews indicate it's been an eyesore during construction. I'd recommend either: (1) waiting until the location actually opens to create an accurate listing, or (2) temporarily removing the listing to avoid misleading customers and damaging the brand's reputation.
