"I’ve been a regular here for about three years now, and I think it’s finally time I write a review. The coffee is amazing, and so are the baristas. They’ve gotten my order spot-on every single time — I swear 100%. The menu is diverse, giving me the option to go for something sweet or more on the bitter side. Personally, I really love the pumpkin drinks. They bring that perfect fall flavor I’m always searching for at other coffee shops but never quite find. The baristas here are always kind, and they work hard to get drinks out as quickly as possible. Yes, the lines can get long, but honestly, they’re long for a reason: the coffee is that good. This place has had steady business for years, and the fact that people keep coming back should speak for itself. The reason I’m writing this review now is because I saw a really nasty one-star review recently, and it just didn’t sit right with me. By the way, I loved the little baby Jesus in the window — it was harmless, and if it bothered you, that says more about you than about this place. Finally, I want to give a shout-out to a few of the workers who’ve always made my visits brighter: Necolle, Abby, Andrea, Ari, and Nevaeh. They’ve greeted me with a smile every time and made each visit better. This coffee shop has been a favorite of mine for years, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon."

"The evening crew here is meh. They have the most inconsistent work ethic since I never know how well my coffee will turn out. Sometimes too sweet sometimes not enough flavor. I bought a large with no ice and was expecting the cup to have room but it came out to be a medium coffee in a large cup. I understand I have to avoid this location. Edit: everyone already knows this but I’ll highlight it since I tested their lil bot service did nothing and their reply has a typo. Low quality location and poor AI."

"The coffee is delicious but the lines are absolutely horrendous and I don’t understand why management wouldn’t think of an alternative way to prevent traffic from being blocked. There is clearly a side parking area on the side nearest to the dumpster completely empty that could be used to redirect the line so that you’re not causing a hazard to those just trying to simply get through to Lane Ave. Even if you get traffic cones the smallest gesture would go a long ways. I would think people in line would have more common sense and would take the initiative theirselves to avoid this hassle but nope. I’m not sure what idea this corp was going for when they came up with the building blueprints. Almost all ellianos are inside of a plaza strip with limited parking. If this issue was addressed it would help a lot and make the experience/ atmosphere more enjoyable and pleasant. It would also help if there were designated parking areas for ride share drivers, when I accept DoorDashes it’s takes 10-15 minutes past my pick up time to get the order due to the long lines. I’m not sure how it works with ride sharing and how it shows on their system but I think it would be cool to adopt a system similar to McDonald’s where it shows the Dasher has arrived and is waiting. That was they can know to bring the order out without making so many trips. These are just my ideas to make the experience more smoother, not only for the customers / ride share drivers but for staff. It’s gotta be hectic and stressful already having 10-15+ people in line just at once. Edit : December 16th, 2025 I saw the sign for Matcha Lattes and I love matcha so I decided to order one. I got a lg iced matcha latte with 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla. I was absolutely dissatisfied when I got the cup, first of all it was soooo light as I held it but I dismissed it and started drinking it, after maybe 4 sips I realized more than half the cup was just foam and bubbles and only a quarter of the cup was actual matcha drink. For $8 almost $9 after tipping I feel scammed. I’ve had better quality Matcha at Wawa and that’s a gas station with a cost of nearly $6 for an actual lg which is 24 oz. I’ll stick to Wawa from now on. :/"
