"I absolutely love this place, and the lovely people that work here !!! They are Amazing, && their coffee is beyond Amazing !! I have successfully gotten every family member and all of my friends to switch from all other coffee to Elliano's !! I've been coming here everyday for about 3 years now. Cafe Dolce Frozen is my daily go to 🤌🏻 with whipped cream and caramel on top, an extra caramel in the cup... Their Coffee, their muffins, their sandwiches, their brownies, everything is delicious... During their holiday menu they had the Best Cookie Butter Bruleé & and French Toast Muffin that I've Ever Tasted in my entire life 🤌🏻🖤🖤🖤🖤🫶🏻"

"I absolutely love getting my daily coffee from Ellianos I’d like to start off with. The iced Tuscany toffee is the best. Yet to venture out and get a sandwich, pay for extra bacon then to check and have 1 single strip of bacon… definitely disappointed the last few visits"

"Edit: Elissa reached out(manager) and assured me, she has done a retrain. She then went above and beyond to retain our business. She is an absolute delight and the retrain was 100% a success! Customer service is typically pretty spot on and great, but the way they make the drinks here is consistently off no matter who is working that day. We've ordered a plethora of drinks and they always are sub standard to the same drinks made at other locations like (yulee). Pay for xtra espresso n you dont taste it, tell them exactly what you want in your drink and they do it how they want anyway. If you add flavor or order a flavored beverage you can never taste the actual flavor. They over do the milk in absolutely everything! I come here because its convenient and by my house but im going to go to Starbucks from now on unless im in Yulee or on the Westside, this location just can't get it together and that makes me sad because I need coffee n dont care for big brand Starbucks but atleast they give me what Im paying for."
