Love the many options for good quality coffee, and their bagels are SO good for a “fast food” chain. So superior to the other well known chains such as the green one and the donut one, and not overpriced at all like the green chain is now. Friendly staff, Italian quality at an American pace. "I stopped here for the first time for an urgent caffeine need. I ordered the Venetian vanilla and WOW! It was amazing. Perfect amount of vanilla and cream, not to sweet like some places I've been to and the coffee had a rich, but not bitter taste perfectly complemented by the flavor! Will definitely be back!"
"Really enjoy coming here to get coffee however the wait is insane at this location. I consider myself a daily customer and you have to wait at least 30 mins doesn’t matter what time in the morning you go. I’ve visited other locations like the ones in st.johns and they have a more efficient process with workers standing outside to take orders to keep the lines going. I would like to remain a customer but I don’t have 30 mins to spare every time I would like to grab a coffee. This location also seems to not fill up your drinks to the top but rather only 3/4 of the cup which isn’t right as well. Friendly employees but management needs to work on how to make it more efficient like the other jacksonville locations."
"Waited about 15 mins, but it was around 1pm. I told the nice barista that I don't like sweet coffee, she recommended a coffee. It was still very sweet and not great tasting. The egg bites 10/10. Would not go out of my way to try again."
