"This is a wonderful restaurant for everyone with a variety of tasty meal options. But for me, a person with dietary restrictions, I found Kairos Jax a welcome change! I was pleased to discover I could make a protein food bowl full of nutritional foods that I could eat with my sensitive stomach. My bowl was so plentiful, I took half of it home. The staff at the restaurant were beyond friendly and helpful. The atmosphere at Kairos Jax is very attractive, cozy, and welcoming! Next time I visit Jacksonville, I will make it a point to stop by for another excellent meal!"

"One of the finest place that I have visited. The decor and ambiance is fantastic and very aesthetic. The food is nice with some amazing healthy options. The staff and service is friendly and nice they give you some amazing options. For drinks me and my wife ordered tropical punch and post workout smoothies they are just amazing. For means my wife and me had a custom bowl and a wrap which was amazing and fresh. Overlay it’s one of our favourite place to go now !!! Highly recommend this place 🎉"

"It was really good food and atmosphere. The QR code order option confused us because we ordered from our seats thinking we could choose in store, to find out it just did it as a to go order. We didn’t plan on eating it to go in the restaurant but had to at that point. Now we know for next time to only order at the counter."

"While visiting the area, I had been hiking all day and simply wanted a healthy meal to take back to the place I was staying. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately relaxed. The colors, the design, the vibe, everything was so calming. Brenda greeted me right away and made me feel right at home (even when I felt grungy with how I was dressed!). So I decided to stay and eat there. She and the rest of the staff could not be more accommodating. I got a chance to speak with Brenda at length because I was there mid-afternoon and there weren't any dine-ins other than myself. She was super nice and presented with a genuine interest in conversation. Her vibe matched the atmosphere of the restaurant - I wish there were more servers like her! The food was top notch and I was impressed with all of the healthy, clean options between the bowls, the smoothies, etc.. There are bowl places near where I live and there are smoothie places but none come even close to this place. Smoothies aren't just about throwing fruit together. This place gave you a choice of whey or vegan protein powder, the base was with coconut water and they actually had not one but two leafy greens as ingredients. This place understands what clean eating is and I pray we get something like this near me one day. PS - they even have heated toilet seats!"

"The atmosphere is very nice kind of upscale health restaurant/diner. Everything we ate there today was delicious! My partner had the American breakfast and I had the ricotta pancakes, we also had some of their baked goods. The raspberry lemon poppy muffin, their brownies and cookies. I’m excited to have found this spot, I think it’s gonna be my go to spot for a healthier diner. Service was good. I definitely recommend this spot to the health conscious foodies out there."
